On the marketing site waitlist, we collect email, optional first name, source, consent status, and consentAt timestamp.

In the product apps, Roasty may collect account email, learning preferences, XP, progress, lesson activity, microphone/speech inputs, generated feedback, and text-to-speech audio files needed to deliver learning features.

Google and Apple sign-in are planned or available in the apps. Those providers may share basic account identifiers according to your sign-in choices.

When speech or tutoring features are used, text, microphone input, transcripts, pronunciation signals, and lesson context may be sent to AI and voice providers such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs.

We use this processing to produce tutoring responses, speech feedback, and text-to-speech audio. Do not include sensitive personal information in practice prompts.

This marketing site does not currently use first-party analytics cookies.

If strictly necessary cookies are introduced for security, session, or preference purposes, they will be documented in the Cookie Policy. We do not show an intrusive banner when only essential cookies are used.

We use data to operate the waitlist, provide lessons, personalize learning, improve product reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell waitlist email addresses.

Waitlist records are retained while we prepare launch communications or until you ask us to remove them.

App learning records are retained as needed to provide progress history and account features, unless deletion is requested or legally required.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of your data by emailing privacy@example.com.

We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Roasty is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

If you access Roasty from outside the country where our processors operate, your information may be transferred and processed in other countries with different data-protection laws.

AI and voice vendors may process data in the United States or other regions depending on their infrastructure.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the last-updated date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
